Snow Management

We focus our time with the commercial aspect of the winter to ensure that our communities businesses are able to stay open in even the harshest conditions. Just because the kid's schools are closed doesn't mean that our businesses have to be closed as well. We increase the amount of our employees so that we can clean the snow before it is time for your customers to arrive. In the fall, we meet with the client at the location to put a plan in place of when the start push should be, where the snow should be stacked, and mark off any hidden obstacles so our operators know where to watch out. Before the storm, we send a crew to pre-treat the walkways and parking lots with salt and ice melt to prevent ice from bonding to the pavement. During the storm, we have sidewalk crews using snowblowers and shovels to remove the snow from walkways and trucks as well as machinery move the snow to the clients desired location in the lot. After the storm has stopped, we bring in a truck with a salt spreader to prevent ice from building making it safe for cars and pedestrians.
